Problems updating the program
Each time the program starts it checks for updates and give you the option to start the automatic update. However in some cases the automatic update fails and we have not been able to find out the cause for this. If you have this problem then please do the following:
- Submit an error report: you can do that in Help->Error report, this is optional but might help us solve the updates problems
- Re install the program: download the latest version of the program from the downloads page and run the installer. There is no need to uninstall the previous version and no data will be lost during the re installation.
Problems after an update
If after an update you come across an error then please submit an error report, you can do that in Help->Error report. Error reports contain the execution log of the program and that log might help us quickly solve problems.

After downloading the installer just run it, there is no need to uninstall the previous version and no data will be lost during the re installation.
Problems generating reports
If after the latest update you get an error that says something like "unexpected token: ," when generating reports, then please re install the program using the version in the downloads page. Just run the installer, there is no need to uninstall the previous version and no data will be lost during the re installation.
